Introducing Albus Prompt Escalation: Upvote, Downvote, and Train Albus to be Even Smarter!
We are thrilled to announce a new feature on Albus called Prompt Escalation! We understand that sometimes Albus may not have the answer to your question, or the answer provided may not solve your problem completely. With this new feature, we've made it easier for you to escalate those prompts to your organization's admin, who can analyze the response and provide a correct answer if needed.
Our team conducted extensive research to identify pain points and areas of improvement for Albus. We found that sometimes users ask questions that are not within the scope of Albus, or the answer provided by Albus may not fully resolve the user's doubts. We realized that there was an opportunity to improve the overall user experience by providing a way to escalate these prompts to a higher authority for better solutions.
Here's how Prompt Escalation works: when Albus cannot answer a question or the answer provided is not helpful, you have the option to downvote the answer. After the downvote, it will be automatically escalated to your organization's admin for review. The admin will then analyze the response and provide a correct answer if needed. This will help to ensure that the answers provided by Albus are accurate and relevant to your needs.
If you upvote, Albus grows more confident in its answer and the next time someone asks the same question, Albus can give the correct answer faster.
