Discover new ways to use Albus from your Slack Home tab
We're excited to share with you some updates we've made to Albus on Slack. Our team has been working hard to optimize the home tab for Albus, making it easier for you to write prompts and get the information you need more efficiently. We understand that coming up with interesting prompts to ask Albus can be challenging, so we've created three different ways for you to discover new ideas.
We started this process by identifying a pain point for our users - they were struggling to come up with engaging prompts for Albus. To address this issue, we conducted extensive user research, analyzed feedback data, and experimented with various solutions. This led us to develop three key features that we believe will significantly enhance your experience with Albus.
First, we've implemented a "Tip of the Day" feature. This feature provides you with daily prompts and suggestions to explore different features and capabilities of Albus. This ensures that you stay up-to-date with the latest tips and tricks to make the most of the chatbot.
Second, if your company has set up training for Albus, we'll provide you with prompts based on the information you've already trained Albus to recognize. This feature will make it easier for you to ask questions and get the information you need quickly and accurately.
Third, we've created different use cases for every kind of job. Whether you work in marketing, development, or any other field, Albus has a variety of prompts tailored to your specific job function. We understand that different teams have different needs, and we've designed Albus to be flexible enough to accommodate a wide range of use cases.
